Everything the person using the app needs to communicate. No paywall, no “subscribe” message, and nothing is ever removed from their device because of a billing event. That is a policy, not a promotion.

The app your child uses is free. It stays free.
There is no subscription on the device your child communicates with, and there never will be. What we charge for is the work the adults do around it: designing vocabulary, running a caseload, writing up progress. Speaking is not a paid feature.
Where a school licenses our tools for its therapists, the same holds and we put it in the contract: everything a clinician has given a child stays with that child, permanently. If the district stops paying, its staff lose the tools for assigning new work, nothing is taken off the child's device, and nothing is switched off. A test fails our build if anyone ever changes that.
Most software would simply stop working. A speech device is how a nine-year-old asks for the toilet, and that is not a lever anyone should be holding.

Are EnrichPoint apps free?
Many products have a free tier; a few have paid plans with extra features for families, caregivers, or practitioners. Pricing is shown on each product page.
Which platforms do you support?
Android via Google Play today, with iOS rolling out per product. Several products are also accessible via web. Each product page links to its current downloads.
How do you handle privacy?
Your data stays yours. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use end-user data to train AI. A few apps carry ads to help fund them, never personalised to children, and some offer an ad-free plan. Each app has a dedicated privacy page with the specifics.
Are your apps designed with accessibility in mind?
Yes. Our roots in the ASD community shape every design choice, so we work toward screen-reader support, sensory-friendly interactions, and a wide range of motor abilities. If something falls short for you, let us know and we’ll fix it.
Can a school or district buy on a purchase order?
Yes. That is the normal way districts buy from us. We send a written quote you can attach to a requisition, you issue a purchase order, and we invoice against it on net-30 terms payable by check or ACH. Seats activate when the purchase order arrives, not when payment clears, so a district that buys in June can start in September. Terms align to your fiscal year rather than the date you signed, and nothing renews automatically. If no purchase order arrives, the term simply ends.
Who owns the data a school puts into epSpeak?
The district does. We act as a school official under FERPA, processing student data on the district’s instructions and nothing more. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI models. Where a feature summarises a child’s activity, their name is removed before it reaches the model and restored afterwards, so no student is ever identified to a third party. All data is stored in the United States. We will sign your data privacy agreement or an NDPA, and we can delete everything on request with a preview of exactly what would go first.

An AI-powered studio for the words a child actually needs
Describe a category, say “breakfast foods a six-year-old eats”, and it writes the words, draws every tile and translates them, in about the time it takes to make a coffee.
Then you change the parts only you would know: their cup, their dog, their word for the bathroom. A stock symbol is never their grandmother.
Nothing reaches the child’s device until you publish it, and a school can switch AI off entirely without losing anything else. We never train AI on your family’s data.

EnrichPoint was founded with over 16 years of hands-on experience working with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and special needs communities.
