Terms of Service

Welcome to EnrichPoint. By accessing or using our website (enrichpoint.com) and our mobile applications — epPetite, epSpeak, epRoundRobins, and epPassword (collectively, the “Services”) — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. For epPassword-specific terms, please also see the epPassword Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of our Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or have parental consent) and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Services

EnrichPoint provides the following applications:

• epPetite — A restaurant review and dining group management app
• epSpeak — An Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) app for non-verbal users
• epRoundRobins — A round-robin tournament and sports scheduling app
• epPassword — A secure password manager and family vault application

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Notify us immediately at support@enrichpoint.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create within our Services (reviews, photos, communication boards, tournament data, etc.). By posting content, you grant EnrichPoint a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to operate the Services.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, spam, or deceptive material
• Impersonates any person or entity

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of our Services may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and are subject to their respective terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Refunds are handled according to the app store's refund policy.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, and logos, are the property of EnrichPoint and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnrichPoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

epSpeak is a communication tool and is not a substitute for professional speech therapy, medical advice, or clinical assessment.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@enrichpoint.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through our Services or by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
