How to Get Started

Create your account on this site, then follow the path that fits you.

    Create your account

    Create an account with your email, Google or Apple, and choose Parent / Caregiver or Practitioner. You land on My Account, which shows the next steps for the role you picked.

    For families: start free, add AI if you want it

    • The free plan needs no card and has no time limit
    • Set up your household on My Account and add the people you support
    • Build categories from your own photos, as many as you like
    • Choose the Caregiver plan above when you want AI to make the pictures for you
    • Connect a practitioner when you are ready. Nothing is shared until you approve

    For practitioners: start your free week

    • Start a free week from the Practitioner plan above or from My Account. No card, and nothing renews on its own
    • Open the practitioner portal to set up classes and draft categories
    • Adding your own students starts when you subscribe, and each family approves the connection
    • The getting-started guide walks through your first week
    • If your district pays for your seat, accept its invitation on My Account instead

    Install epSpeak on the device they will use

    The app is on the Apple App Store and Google Play, and works on phones and tablets. Tablets are recommended for the best AAC experience.

Can I switch between Caregiver and Practitioner plans?
Contact support to change plans. We'll help make sure the people you support move across cleanly.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your subscription features (advanced categories, analytics, alerts, goals) become read-only. End users keep unrestricted access to the free starter library. You can resubscribe anytime and pick up where you left off. Nothing is deleted.
Is the app HIPAA compliant?
epSpeak uses industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit, strict access controls, and audit logging. Full HIPAA certification (with Business Associate Agreements in place) is planned but not yet available. If HIPAA compliance is required for your organization, please contact us.
Can multiple caregivers or practitioners share the same account?
No: each caregiver and practitioner should have their own account. This keeps audit trails clear and ensures notifications reach the right person. Family plans allow as many caregivers as your household needs; a Practitioner plan is one practitioner with unlimited students.
I signed up on the wrong plan. What now?
Email support@enrichpoint.com with your account email and the plan you need. We'll sort it out and prorate any difference.
Do end users need their own device?
Not necessarily. Many families share a tablet among multiple end users. Each has their own account, and signing in swaps the vocabulary and settings. For individual use, a dedicated tablet is typically best.
