Terms of Service

epNeuroball Game · Effective date: TBD (set on launch)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the epNeuroball game (the “App”) provided by EnrichPoint (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are an addendum to our site-wide Terms of Service. Where the two conflict on an epNeuroball-specific point, this document controls.

1. Who can use epNeuroball

  • epNeuroball is designed to be played by children and adults. Children should play under the supervision of a parent or caregiver.
  • If you are a parent or guardian installing the App for a child, you accept these Terms on their behalf and are responsible for supervising their use, including the level and game selected.
  • The App has no account and no sign-in. Anyone with the App installed on a device can play.

2. Free, ad-supported game

epNeuroball is free to download and play. The App is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. Because the App is directed to families and children, ads are configured to be non-personalised. For details on how advertising data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.

There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions in the App at launch. If that changes in a future version, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

3. The App runs on your device

epNeuroball runs entirely on your device. Game progress, levels, and settings are stored locally and are not transmitted to or stored by EnrichPoint. We do not operate a server that the game depends on, which also means we cannot recover or transfer your progress between devices.

4. License to use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Modify the App or create derivative works from it.
  • Resell, sublicense, rent, or lease the App.
  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or the ads it displays.
  • Use automated tools to interact with the App at scale.
  • Attempt to circumvent the parent gate to alter settings without authorisation.

6. Service availability

The App is provided as a downloadable game. Core gameplay works offline; ad delivery requires an internet connection and depends on Google's infrastructure. We make no guarantee that ads, or any third-party service, will be continuously available.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. epNeuroball is a game intended for play and enjoyment; it is not a medical device, therapy, or diagnostic tool, and no therapeutic outcome is promised. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnrichPoint will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Because epNeuroball is free and processes no payments, monetary liability from it alone is inherently limited; our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is capped at USD $50.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Because there is no account, there is nothing to close on our side; uninstalling removes the locally-stored game data. See /epneuroball/delete-account and /epneuroball/delete-data for details.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” above and announce material changes on this page or in the App. Continued use of the App after the new effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EnrichPoint is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the manner described in the site-wide Terms of Service.
