Privacy Policy
epNeuroball Game · Effective date: TBD (set on launch)
The short version
- epNeuroball has no account and no sign-in. There is nothing to register.
- Your progress, levels, and settings are stored only on your device — we never receive or store them.
- We never sell or rent data, and we never use it to train AI models.
- The game is free and shows ads. Because it's made for families and children, those ads are non-personalised — not based on a behavioural profile.
EnrichPoint (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the epNeuroball game (the “App”). epNeuroball is a collection of calming ball games designed for neurodiverse children and adults, and for the siblings and parents who play alongside them. This Privacy Policy explains what the App stores, what we as the developer can and cannot see, and how advertising works.
For the EnrichPoint corporate-level legal terms that apply across every EnrichPoint app, see our site-wide Privacy Policy. This document is the epNeuroball-specific addendum and takes precedence for matters specific to this game.
1. No account, no sign-in
epNeuroball does not have user accounts. You do not create a profile, provide an email address, or sign in. There is no “caregiver account” in the cloud — the person who manages the games and levels does so directly on the device, behind a simple parent gate in the App's settings.
2. What the App stores on your device
The App saves a small amount of information locally on your device only, using your device's standard app-storage. This includes:
- Which game is selected and the current level.
- Game settings a caregiver has configured (sound on/off, difficulty options, number of balls or colours, single-ball mode, and similar).
- Basic progress markers so a game resumes where it left off.
This data never leaves the device, is not transmitted to EnrichPoint, and is not associated with your identity. Deleting the App removes it. EnrichPoint cannot access, export, or recover it because we never receive it.
3. Information we collect
As the developer, EnrichPoint does not collect personal information from players of epNeuroball. We do not operate a server that the game talks to, and the App does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or location.
The one exception is advertising, described next, which is handled by Google rather than by us.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
epNeuroball is free and is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Because the App is directed to families and children, it is configured for child-directed treatment, which means:
- Ads are non-personalised (also called contextual) — they are not based on a behavioural profile of the player.
- To serve, frequency-cap, and protect against fraudulent ads, Google may process limited technical signals such as a device or ad identifier, general (coarse) location inferred from IP address, and standard device information. This processing is carried out by Google under its own policies.
- We do not receive these identifiers, and we do not build advertising profiles of players.
How Google uses information from apps that show its ads is described in Google's “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services” and the AdMob policies. You can reset or limit the advertising identifier in your device's system settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Google Play Families)
epNeuroball is intended to be played by children under the supervision of a parent or caregiver, and we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and Google Play's Families policy.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children (or anyone). The game has no sign-up, no profile, and no server that receives data.
- Ads shown to children are non-personalised, as described above.
- Because all game data is stored locally and tied to no identity, a parent can erase everything simply by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it.
If you are a parent or guardian and have any concern about data in connection with the App, contact support@enrichpoint.com and we will help promptly.
6. What we never do
- We never sell or rent data about you or your child.
- We never use game data to train AI models.
- We never show personalised or interest-based ads to players.
- We never collect audio, video, photos, contacts, or precise location.
7. Data retention
Because game data lives only on your device, retention is entirely in your control: it remains until you clear the App's data or uninstall it. EnrichPoint holds no player records to retain or delete. Any advertising identifiers are governed by Google's retention practices, not ours.
8. Your choices and rights
- Erase everything: clear the App's storage in your device settings, or uninstall the App. See /epneuroball/delete-data and /epneuroball/delete-account for step-by-step guidance.
- Limit ad tracking: reset or delete your device's advertising identifier in system settings.
- Ask us anything: EU/UK users have rights under GDPR and UK GDPR; US state-privacy rights may also apply. Because we hold no personal data about players, most requests are satisfied by the on-device controls above — but you can always contact us.
9. International users
epNeuroball is published from the United States. The game itself processes data only on your device. Advertising is handled by Google, which operates globally under its own terms. We apply the same privacy posture to all players regardless of location.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, where appropriate, announced in the App. The “Effective date” above reflects the most recent version.
