Terms of Service

By using epRoundRobins (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is operated by EnrichPoint (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Description of Service

epRoundRobins is a mobile application for creating and running round robin events across racquet sports including Pickleball, Padel, Tennis, Badminton, Table Tennis, Squash, Racquetball, and others. The app provides game scheduling, matchmaking, scoring, player statistics, and leaderboard features.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old. Minors may use the app under a caregiver-linked profile
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

3. Credit System

epRoundRobins uses a credit-based economy:

  • Earning credits: watch reward ads, daily login streaks, new account bonus
  • Spending credits: creating games and joining games costs credits
  • Refunds: credits may be refunded when you leave or cancel a game
  • Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • We reserve the right to adjust credit costs, rewards, and balances at any time
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts
  • Unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Manipulate scores, ratings, or match outcomes
  • Create fake accounts or use bots to earn credits
  • Abuse the ad reward system (e.g., automated ad viewing)
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players via chat or game interactions
  • Intentionally disrupt games (no-showing, score griefing, etc.)
  • Circumvent any security measures or access controls

5. Game Events

  • Game creators (organizers) set the rules, format, sport, and schedule
  • Ambassadors (co-managers) may manage participants on behalf of the organizer
  • We are not responsible for physical injuries, disputes, or venue issues arising from games
  • Players participate at their own risk

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, features, and content are owned by EnrichPoint. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App. User-generated content (display names, chat messages) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it within the App.

7. Advertisements

The App displays ads via Google AdMob. By using the credit system, you acknowledge that watching ads is the primary method of earning credits. Ad availability and reward amounts may vary by region and are subject to change.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate player ratings, or the availability of games in your area. ELO ratings and statistics are calculated algorithmically and may not reflect actual skill levels.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnrichPoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of credits, data, or game outcomes.

11. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time via the Delete Account page or by contacting support@enrichpoint.com. See our Privacy Policy for details.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
