EnrichPoint (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the epRoundRobins mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the app.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

  • Email address and display name provided during registration or Google Sign-In
  • Profile details such as gender and preferred sports (optional)
  • Authentication tokens for maintaining your session

Game and Activity Data

  • Games created and joined, including sport type, format, scheduled date, and participant lists
  • Match results and scores recorded during round robin events
  • Player statistics including ELO ratings, win/loss records, and performance metrics
  • Group memberships and group chat messages
  • Invitations sent, received, and their response status

Credit and Transaction Data

  • Credit balance and transaction history (earned from ads, spent on game creation/joining)
  • Ad viewing history for credit reward verification
  • Streak tracking for daily login bonus credits

Device and Usage Data

  • Device identifiers for push notifications (FCM tokens)
  • Approximate location derived from IP address (for ad relevance, not stored)
  • App usage patterns for improving the experience

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Operate the round robin game creation, matchmaking, and scoring system
  • Calculate and maintain player statistics, ELO ratings, and leaderboards
  • Manage the credit economy (ad rewards, game costs, streak bonuses)
  • Send push notifications about game updates, invitations, and match results
  • Generate AI-powered performance reports (optional, uses anonymized data)
  • Prevent abuse and enforce fair play

3. Third-Party Services

  • Google Firebase: authentication, data storage (Cloud Firestore), push notifications (FCM), hosting
  • Google AdMob: serves ads for credit rewards. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data per its own privacy policy.
  • Anthropic (Claude): optionally used for AI-generated game performance reports. Only anonymized game data is sent.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your data is shared only:

  • With other players in your games (display name, scores, stats, as visible within the app)
  • With group members (chat messages, group activity)
  • With service providers listed above, strictly for app functionality
  • When required by law

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via the Delete Account page or by emailing support@enrichpoint.com. Deletion is processed within 30 days.

6. Security

Data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication uses Firebase Auth with industry-standard protocols. We do not store raw passwords.

7. Children's Privacy

epRoundRobins supports caregiver-linked profiles for minors. Caregiver accounts can manage child profiles with appropriate parental controls. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
