Request permanent deletion of your epRegulate account and all associated data.
This deletes your entire EnrichPoint account — not just epRegulate.
You sign in to EnrichPoint apps with one account. Deleting it means you'll also lose access to any other EnrichPoint apps you use with this email, along with all of their data. This cannot be undone.

What will be deleted
- Your account and authentication credentials
- Mood check-ins, triggers, notes, and coping-tool sessions
- Weekly summaries and any data shared with your caregiver (Insights)
- Settings and preferences
Deletion is processed within 30 days. epRegulate is local-first: anything stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app — this request covers the data held in the cloud (present when caregiver sharing has been turned on).
How it works: After you submit this form, our support team will send a confirmation email to the address you provide to verify you want your account deleted. No data will be removed until you confirm.
