What happens next

End users in a family: a request is sent to your family's caregivers for approval. They'll see it in their Approvals inbox.
Standalone end users, caregivers, and practitioners: we'll email a confirmation link to this address. You'll click it to complete the deletion.
Confirmation links expire after 48 hours.
Your personal data will be permanently removed: account, notes, goals, analytics, family membership, alerts, and more. Categories you created and shared with others will remain.
